Estimates, not advice

Tool results are estimates based on the numbers you enter and the assumptions shown on each tool. They are not legal, tax or financial advice. Talk to a qualified professional about your situation.

Notes for this site

  • This site is not a law firm and gives no legal advice. Every tool is information. Copy never tells a person to accept or reject an offer, never predicts an outcome, and never describes the site or its staff as lawyers.
  • METHOD 7 legal baseline: the fee is a FLAT ADVERTISING FEE PER LEAD, never a share of an attorney's fee and never contingent on a retainer being signed. Counsel confirms the flat-fee structure before engine-live.
  • California SB 37 gives consumers a private right of action against lead generators that operate as uncertified lawyer referral services, with statutory damages of $5,000 to $100,000 per violation. California does not open until counsel confirms the structure.
  • Florida Bar Rule 4-7.18 prohibits contact with accident victims within 30 days of the accident. Contact initiated by the consumer through advertising is outside that bar, which an organic search site structurally is, but counsel confirms before Florida opens.
  • TCPA one-to-one consent has been in force since 2025-01-27: written consent must name the single specific seller who will call. The consent line names the receiving firm, never 'our partners', and the engine re-renders and hashes the exact text at submission.
  • Injury detail is sensitive data. Following the SSDI precedent, medical bill amounts, lost wage amounts, mileage and any offer figure stay on the device and are NEVER placed in the lead record. Only a coarse treatment band (none / checked / ER / ongoing / surgery) is shared, and only under a second separate share consent. Without that consent the lead carries no injury information at all.
  • State bar advertising rules apply to the whole site, not just the match screen: counsel confirms disclosure wording, and whether any launch state requires a named responsible attorney and office address on advertising.
  • Every state-lookup row carries a statute citation, a source link and a verified date. A row that cannot be verified stays off public pages. Deadlines and fault rules change: Florida moved from pure comparative to a 51 percent bar in 2023, which is exactly the kind of change a stale row would get dangerously wrong.
  • No lead is ever resold. One lead, one named firm, one consent.
